Where is the drive-through?
If you are coming to the Covid-19 drive-through testing site after you turn right to Bear Creek Road, keep driving until the first stop sign. Then turn left to Old Greensboro Road. You will see a yard sign. Follow the signs to the back of the building until you see a green awning. That is our drive-through testing site. Click here to see a map guide.
How much is the test? Do you file insurance?
If you are an established patient with TFM, we have your information and we will file with your insurance.
If you are not an established patient, we will file with your insurance. Currently, Medicare, BCBS, Humana, and Cigna Healthspring are paying for this test.
If you have any other insurance plans or self-pay, you will pay $75 for COVID-19 testing or $100 for the COVID-19 and Flu A/B testing. We accept cash and credit cards only.

**Please have it read: If you are not an established patient, we will file with your insurance. Please note as of May 11, 2023, some insurance plans are no longer covering COVID tests at 100%.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your Driver's License and insurance card. If you are testing a child, the guarantor must have a Driver's License.
If I pay cash, do I still have to fill out the paperwork?
Yes. This is due to the reporting requirements of the Alabama Department of Public Health.
