After 26 wonderful years, it is with both gratitude and bittersweet emotion that we announce the closing of our practice.
It has been an incredible privilege to serve our patients and be part of this community for so many years. The relationships we have built, the trust you have placed in us, and the opportunity to be part of your lives have meant more to us than words can express. Thankyou for allowing us to care for you and your families throughout the years. You have been the heart of this practice, and we are deeply grateful for your loyalty, kindness, and support.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated staff, both past and present. Your compassion, hard work, commitment, and teamwork have been essential to everything we have accomplished. You have helped make this practice a place where patients felt welcomed, valued, and cared for. We are truly thankful for the countless ways you have contributed to our success over the years.
A very special thank-you goes to Dr. Jennifer Burdette, who founded this practice 26 years ago. Her vision, dedication, and commitment to providing excellent, compassionate care laid the foundation for everything that followed. The practice she began grew into so much more than an office—it became a place built on relationships, trust, and genuine concern for others. We are deeply grateful for the legacy she created and the many lives she has touched along the way.

As we close this chapter, we do so with full hearts and wonderful memories. While saying goodbye is never easy, we will always treasure the years we have shared with our patients, staff, and community.
